1. We have no hidden costs, and, of course, there is no automatic subscription renewal. No slip-ups that might cost you dearly. All fees are transparent and will be charged only with your express consent.

2. All information provided by you incl. Email address, etc, are 100% anonymous, and will never be passed onto third parties by us or used for any other purposes. You alone decide who will have access to your email address, telephone number or postal address. Naturally, you can use our internal mail system to communicate or chat with other members without having to provide your real name or email address.

3. Registration does not cost you anything. You can even test our complete system for fourteen days with our free "Trial Member program". We offer the following three user groups; please note the details:

Visitors – Pay no fees at all but can only call-up a maximum of three profiles with limited functionality.

Free Member – Following registration (free of charge) you are automatically a Free Member. Now you can set-up your profile, download pictures and use some very hip functions, but not the full range.

Free Trial Member - As free Trial Member you have unrestricted access for fourteen days to all functions and facilities of Partnerexchange24 – at no charge at all. Unlimited communication with all members, Videochat and many special functions, like the extended search or looking at other members who expressed an interest in you. After three days you go back to being a "Free Member" again, unless, of course you wish to continue enjoying the full range of services – in which case you should become a Premium Member.

Premium Member – As a Premium Member you have unrestricted access to the fantastic range of the Partnerexchange24services. The Premium membership can be subscribed for specific periods: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months. You pay, of course, only once at the start of the chosen membership period. When your subscription expires you can extend it as many times as you wish or you simply go back to being a "Free Member" again, using the free-of-charge-service. So you see, there is no risk for you at all.

Special group "Offline Profiles"- Whilst searching for your dream partner in the system it is possible that a profile hit is marked as offline member. These are members who seek contacts and want to meet people like you, but cannot be contacted directly online since they have no access to the Internet. These members can only be contacted by traditional post at extra cost. The preferences of that member are, of course, stated in the relevant profile.

4. We want our offer to be - and stay - dignified and factual and expect this also from all participants. Anyone who breaks the rules, who acts in an unfriendly, insulting, racist way or otherwise illegally will be excluded immediately from our service. This applies also to any form of unauthorised commercial activity and advertising. Please read our terms and conditions very carefully. We ask you to report to us any violation immediately so that we can take appropriate action, including legal action, if necessary.

5. If you have any questions, need help or want to make a suggestion, use our online contact form. As we do not intend at the moment to set up an expensive hotline service, we offer you instead our contact form, keeping the costs for you as well as for us as low as possible. We will try and answer any questions within 24h free of charge. The registration is mostly automatic. If you select the Premium membership it will be activated as a rule within 48 hours of receipt of your payment. Naturally, your membership commences with the start of services by us, not with your registration.

6. Our communication network is based on the latest technology. We offer this service at a very fair price. All our customers pay the same price, irrespective of their country of residence. *This price includes all currently available services offered by Partnerexchange24. Publish your own diary with pictures, use the world-wide search, automatically check whether somebody looked at your profile, unlimited Videochat at the highest level or automatic notification if a suitable partner has registered – all these functions and many more are available to you as Premium member. Premium members can have their photos scanned free-of-charge by us. Simply send us 2 of your photos (max.) with your email address and your log-in name (nickname) by post. Don’t forget to enclose a stamped self-addressed envelope for the return of your photos. The digital photos you will receive from us, in the correct format, by email so that you can complete your log-in profile.

7. Are we already perfect ? - No, unfortunately not quite yet, but we are getting better with every day, also thanks to your help. As you probably know there are quite a few similar service offers in the Internet. Some of these are from quite large companies with sometimes over a million members each, on the other hand, there are also many dubious competitors. We would like to distinguish ourselves from our competitors through fairness, transparency and a maximum of innovation. You will, therefore, regularly benefit from innovations and optimisations – always in your interest as a member. If, therefore, there is a rare technical hitch or if you should receive a system message in German instead of in English, please bear with us: we promise to put things right.
